Name your houses (Phoenix, Griffin, Dragon, Unicorn — or whatever your school uses), pick colours, and import students.
Teachers award points
From any device, teachers tap a student, pick a reason (Leadership, Teamwork, Effort…), and award. Points count toward the house.
Celebrate on the display
Put the live leaderboard on a hallway screen. Show it in assembly. Watch students cheer as their house climbs.
